Dear Friends,

PERL's awesome afternoon outdoor farm concert is happening again, Sunday September 27th on Mount Nemo in Burlington, Ontario (1pm- dusk). If you've been in the past two years you know it is a great time, amazing local food and drinks, an intimate concert w Great Big Sea, Dr. David Suzuki and my band and me.

It's also a great way to get behind the environment and show some more respect to the Niagara Escarpment. All monies raised go towards protecting Mount Nemo from the Nelson/LaFarge quarry proposal, and developing a Green Gravel standard in Ontario. Ontario prevents urban sprawl in our most protected places. The Mount Nemo Declaration which PERL has just launched with over 25 local and national organizations, represents the first step in protecting these same areas from blasting and digging of new aggregates.

The tickets are $160 with a tax receipt so the price is closer to $80. This includes delicious local bbq and beverages. Cash bar (for alcoholic beverages). Lots of amazing auction items. A glorious private party setting.

We really hope you can come support and share a fabulous afternoon.
